2REC is a tool for designing or improving jobs and skills mapping and “operational” use of mapping. With a “back office” designed to be an aid to the rigorous elaboration of a structured, simple and maintainable mapping, it offers:

• Relational benefit to describe jobs using relational attributes (skills being the first of the attributes) managed in “libraries”
• Link jobs together (traditional gateways or mobility areas)
